Are cleaners insured and background-checked?
Every cleaner is W-2, background-checked, and covered by our liability and bonding policies. Photo on file so you know who's coming.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Skip, reschedule, or cancel from a text. Recurring discounts apply automatically — no lock-in.
When do I pay?
Two options at checkout. Pay After — card on file, charged after the clean. Pay Now — $15 off when you pay at booking.
Do you offer same-day cleaning?
Often, yes. We hold same-day and next-day capacity for Quick Resets. Open slots show up green in the calendar.
What's the +10% on Premium ZIPs about?
Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Edgewater, and Wynwood add 10% for drive time and parking. You see it before you confirm — never after.
Why is one-time +25%?
A first visit takes longer — your cleaner is learning the layout, finishes, and how you live. Recurring locks in the lower rate from visit one.
